In-Person & Telehealth in California

I’m Amy- a psychotherapist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. My purpose is to support you on your healing journey so that you can live a more conscious and connected life.

Individuals, Couples, and Teen Therapy

Welcome to my practice.

I support clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, personal growth, low self-esteem, disordered eating and body image, questions of gender and sexuality, complex family dynamics, and grief. My practice is affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, alternative relationship styles, and kink communities.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I work from a compassion-focused and trauma-informed lens, integrating relational, psychodynamic, and attachment theories to support meaningful growth. Together, we will explore your emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and uncover the deeper patterns and beliefs that contribute to distress. Our work together will be grounded in trust, empathy, and respect, creating a safe space for healing and transformation.

I deeply believe in the power of therapy. Through both personal experience and my work with clients, I have seen the growth that can emerge from a safe, compassionate space for exploration and healing. It is a privilege to help the people who come to see me.

Individual Therapy

For individuals seeking a supportive space for self-exploration and healing, therapy offers an opportunity to uncover patterns, beliefs, and experiences shaping your life. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or looking to enhance your overall well-being, our work together will help you gain insight and create meaningful change.

Couples Therapy

For partners looking to strengthen their relationship, therapy provides a space to deepen connection, improve communication, intimacy, and trust. We will explore the deeper emotional patterns and relational histories that shape how you and your partner connect and respond to one another. All relationship structures are respected, and our work will center on what matters most to you.

Teen Therapy

For teens ages 12+, therapy offers a supportive and nonjudgmental space to navigate the complexities of adolescence, including academic pressures, school challenges, friendships, dating, and family dynamics. Together, we will cultivate confidence, resilience, and empower teens with the skills they need to navigate challenges and thrive both now and in the future.
