How I work

I provide therapy to adults, couples, and teens both in person and virtually.

My approach to therapy is relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed. I offer a warm, empathetic space for self-exploration, healing, and growth. Together, we will explore your emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and uncover the deeper patterns and beliefs that contribute to distress.

I support clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, personal growth, low self-esteem, disordered eating and body image, questions of gender and sexuality, complex family dynamics, and grief. My practice is affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, alternative relationship styles, and kink communities.

I believe that a trusting relationship with a therapist is key to healing. It is a privilege to help the people who come to see me.
